I have talk to the Urban Terror workers, cuz I use to work with them in building maps, they said yes, the version 4.2.2 will indeed be up for download before the end of the year.

New Weapons:

.44 Magnum
FN P90
Glock 19
Beneli Shotgun
Flashbangs

Features:

New scoping
New aggressive stance/running movement
New skins
New textures
Weapon holding stance
Istead of picking up random weapons you don't want, you just crouch over it to pick it up.
